I started with a single-lens reflex camera while in Utah.
I started taking photos with a single‐lens reflex camera while in Utah for my husband’s education. At that time, we had two little boys. As I watched my boys play in the beautiful landscapes of Utah, I decided to capture those moments, and purchased my first single‐lens reflex camera.
That was over 10 years ago.
My photo style is lifestyle photography. As you may know, lifestyle photography is a type of photography that aims to capture portrait/people in situations, real-life events or milestones in an artistic manner and the art of the everyday. With this style, we can capture beautiful moments with loved ones.

I was born in Okinawa, Japan and grew up in Kyushu area. For six years, I lived in the US; three years for my own education and another three years for my husband’s master’s degree. I have over 10 years experience as a photographer. I am the mother of five active boys.
